Right of revocation for consumers
You are a consumer and can claim your right to revoke the agreement if you are a natural person and do not act in any commercial way and/or in a way that is linked to any professional activity.
Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days and begins upon delivery of the goods.
To claim your right of revocation please notify us (softwarehandel24, Spitalstr. 1, 38640 Goslar, Germany, support@softwarehandel24.de, phone: +49 800 6030220, fax: +49 5321 5182299) with a clear statement (either by post, fax or e-mail) on your will to cancel the agreement. You are invited to use the form underneath.
To comply with the cancellation period it is sufficient to notify us the way mentioned above prior to expiration.
Effects of revocation
Upon cancelling the agreement we shall refund you all payments (including shipping costs – except for the additional costs that may have resulted because of the special shipping method you have chosen) without delay within 14 days from the day we have received notification of your revocation. For the refund we shall use the same payment method as you as long as not agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged with additional fees. We can refuse the refund as long as we have not received the goods or you are unable to provide us reasonable proof of return shipment. You are obliged to return the goods within 14 days upon notifying us of your revocation. This period is protected in case you return the goods prior to expiration.
We shall bear the costs of the return shipment.
You are only to be held liable for possible deterioration in case it is caused by you and any unreasonable handling not necessary for checking the characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of revocation
The right of revocation does not exist if agreed on delivery of special goods that are manufactured to especially meet your individual needs.
Early expiration of the right of revocation
The right to cancel the agreement does not apply for the delivery of sealed goods in case the sealed package has been opened or damaged (unsealing).
The right to cancel the agreement does not apply for the delivery of license keys that are needed for software activation and can be copied.
